Christmas Pavlova Martini
A simple Stratton cocktail you can make at home.
Meet the Christmas Pavlova Martini:
a silky, fruity, festive show-off that tastes like dessert and drinks like a party.
RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
45ml vodka (clean + crisp is best)
20ml vanilla syrup (store-bought or homemade: sugar + water + vanilla pod = instant smugness)
20ml passionfruit pulp (fresh or tinned - we don’t judge)
20ml lemon juice (fresh, always - it’s Christmas, not a school dance)
30ml coconut cream (for that creamy, naughty pavlova energy)
Optional: 1 egg white or 30ml aquafaba for a luscious, snowy froth
Garnish: dehydrated passionfruit slice, fresh berries, or a tiny crushed-meringue rim
METHOD
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
Dry shake (no ice!) for 15–20 seconds to build that dreamy pavlova cloud.
Add ice and shake again for 10–12 seconds - think “Christmas-morning excitement” energy.
Double strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
Garnish with a passionfruit float, a berry, or a flirty kiss of crushed meringue on the rim. (Festive? Absolutely. Over the top? Never too much.)
