Jack Daniel’s super-premium whiskey, Bonded lands at Stratton this September with a Brisbane-first exclusive event that blends multi-sensory psychology, music and taste! 

We’re honoured to be the very first venue in Brisbane to host the Jack Daniel’s The Sound of Bonded event for the public, which features tastings of Jack Daniel’s Bonded whiskey paired perfectly with an immersive soundtrack developed by renowned experimental psychologist, Professor Charles Spence from Oxford University. 

Professor Spence is the head of the Crossmodal Research Laboratory at Oxford University and specialises in Multisensory and Experimental Psychology. Professor Spence collaborated with Jack Daniels and the award-winning String Musicians Australia to create the ‘The Sound of Bonded’ track, which has been scientifically developed to enhance the bold flavours of whiskey.

Event Highlights:

  • Exclusive Tastings: Enjoy Bonded whiskey while listening to “The Sound of Bonded.” Sessions limited to 20 people per session, with each session lasting 20 minutes.

  • Jack Daniel’s Range: Explore a variety of Jack Daniel’s whiskeys at dedicated tasting stations.

  • Bespoke Cocktails: Savour four exclusive Jack Daniel’s cocktails crafted for the night. Guests will receive tokens to redeem these drinks.

  • Roving Canapés: Tickets include roving canapes - six canapés and two substantial dishes.

  • DJ: Once you’ve enjoyed your whiskey tasting paired perfectly with The Sound of Bonded track, DJ Charlie Harper will keep the vibes high with jazz, blues, and funk tracks. 

  • Special Host: The event will be hosted by Carmen Hartwich, Australia’s first master of Bourbon.
